Maranu is a successful and experienced real estate salesperson. Her unusual background has prepared her well. She
was born in England in 1960 where she trained as a nurse. For 18 years
she worked in Northern Ireland, ten of those as a Hospice Minister in
Belfast. Here she developed a sensitivity for people in difficult and
stressful situations. This is a key requirement for a good real estate
salesperson, because most people will find that selling their home, or
wanting to buy one, brings its own stress.
During her hospice work she became interested in counseling and qualified as a Psychotherapist, working for a number of years with a wide range of clients. It taught her to become an excellent listener. Negotiations lie at the heart of getting an agreement acceptable to both buyer and seller, and knowing how to listen well to the needs and wishes of both parties, is an essential skill in negotiating the very best outcome.
Maranu became a real estate consultant in 2010, knowing that the knowledge and skills she acquired in her previous careers would be of great help in becoming an excellent real estate salesperson; her successes to date are testimony to this. Coupled with hard work, determination and commitment, Maranu puts priority on her clients' individual needs. Together with her integrity, clarity and openness you will find Maranu to be a very approachable real estate consultant .
