Samuel Joll

Samuel has joined the Harcourts Hastings team with extensive expertise as a qualified carpenter and has previously been working in the building industry for the last 10 years. During that time he also co-managed a portfolio of rental properties and as that has grown so has his interest in rental property management. As a property owner and landlord himself, he has first hand experience with the day to day attention that tenancies and properties require. Harcourts are very excited to have Samuel on their team as his indepth knowledge of the property industry and the associated trades makes him a very valuable asset to the company.
