     Denys Nichols AREINZ, Dip VFM

Denys is experienced in Commercial and Industrial real estate brokerage. Having operated his own business in a Valuation capacity in Palmerston North, over 30 years he also ran his own Real Estate business for 7 years covering all aspects of sales, before he moved into specialising in Commercial and Industrial property sales and leasing and was appointed the principal officer in a large real estate company specialising in all aspects of Commercial sales.

After moving from Palmerston North, he had a short stint with another Company and he has built up a strong relationship with Hawke’s Bay property owners and tenants and has now joined NAI Harcourts, in the Hawke’s Bay Commercial team.

He has sold corporate owned Commercial and Industrial properties, and leased large warehousing projects for the likes of Foodstuffs, Fonterra, and Ryman Healthcare. His largest lease was for an annual rental of just under one million dollars. He was responsible for arranging divestments by Lane Walker Rudkin (in receivership) and Balance Agri-Nutrients as well as many private individuals and tenant throughout the New Zealand.

Denys’s success can be attributed to his professionalism, honesty and integrity when dealing with all clients, this is supported by the number of repeat clients he has.

It is his intention to continue to provide expert broking services to all clients for specialised commercial work.
